The Story: A Journey of 5,000 Miles and One Simple Truth
When I moved from Russia to USA, I didn’t just bring my luggage; I brought a lifelong belief that our homes should be our sanctuaries.
Back home, rituals were everything. Whether it was a quiet cup of tea or a candle glowing in the window, these moments were meant to heal us. But when I began looking for candles here, I found a frustrating truth: most "luxury" candles were anything but healthy.
The Hidden Danger in the Glow
I spent months researching, and what I found shocked me. Most candles are made from paraffin (a petroleum byproduct) and scented with synthetic fragrance oils. These aren't just "fake" smells—they are chemical cocktails that can trigger headaches, allergies, and pollute the air in the very place we should feel safest.
I knew I couldn't settle for that. I wanted to create something better—not just for me, but for my new community here in Texas.
My Three-Part Promise to You
My mission is simple: To provide you with a clean, calm ritual that never compromises your health. To do that, I built my business on three non-negotiable pillars:
1. The "Purest" Wax Blend I chose an organic beeswax and coconut soy wax blend. Unlike paraffin, beeswax actually cleans the air by releasing negative ions that neutralize dust and toxins. It burns slower, cooler, and cleaner.
2. The Science of Scent (ISO 9235) This is where I get "nerdy." I don’t use "fragrance oils" that come from a lab. I use ISO 9235 certified oils. This means every scent in my studio is 100% plant-derived. If it smells like a real forest or a real orange, it’s because it is real.
3. Small Batch, Austin Made Every candle is hand-poured by me, right here in Austin. At 45, starting a business is a challenge, but seeing a candle I made help someone else find a moment of peace makes every hour worth it.
Join the Ritual
Whether you are looking for a morning reset or an evening of calm, I invite you to try a truly clean burn. My mission isn't just to sell candles; it's to help you breathe better, one ritual at a time.
With love and light,
