What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, just let us know — we’ll do our best to make it right. You can email us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
Why are there only 2 candles in the store?

We’re a young candle studio, and we start small on purpose.

Right now, we offer two signature candles — Energize and Relax — and we’re developing new scents and seasonal releases. This helps us maintain high standards for ingredients and design.
When will I get my order?

We ship fast!
Your order will be packed and sent out the next business day, and delivery typically takes 3–5 days. We’ll email you tracking info so you can follow your candle all the way to your door.
Where are your products manufactured?

We don’t outsource production.
All Sychugova Candle House products are poured, packaged, and shipped from our studio in Austin, Texas.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently free on all orders. We’re doing this so you can try our candles risk-free and fall in love with them.
